Amy Firth has over 16 years of professional experience in the early childhood sector. She has the passion, experience and expertise to help both parents and childcare staff provide better outcomes for children.

Amy has been involved in every stage of the early childhood education process from hands on teaching and caring for children, through to setting up and operating the highest quality childcare centres and training early childcare professionals.

Her previous roles include:
• Early Childhood Teacher - teaching children up the age of 5 years 
• Director of Long Day Care Centres - responsible for the daily management of all operations
• Childcare Operation Manager - setting up and operating a group of the highest quality childcare centres
• Children’s Services Advisor - working for the Department of Community Services monitoring licensed childcare centres in NSW
• Early Childhood Consultant – establishing brand new childcare centre, presenting workshops and training early childhood staff.

Amy’s goal is to provide all children with the highest quality early
childhood experience through fun hands-on play experiences.
